What you are buying, and what happens if you want your money back.
Last checked 15 September 2026.
The short version
There is one thing for sale and it costs $9, once. Nothing here is a subscription and nothing renews. If you want your money back you say so and you get it, without being asked why, and you keep the cards.
What is for sale today
The seven mornings are free. You give an email address, you confirm it, and seven cards arrive one morning at a time. They do not expire and they are not a trial. A morning is spent when you open it, not when a day passes.
The cards cost $9, in US dollars, paid once. That is the other twenty-three cards, the lock-screen pack, and your card page for keeps. There is no second tier and nothing is billed on a clock.
The deck, the printed one, is not for sale. It has no price on any page of this site because we have not finished measuring what it costs to make and post. When it goes on sale, this page will say the price, the delivery window and the refund terms before you reach a checkout, not inside one.
Who you are buying from
You are buying from positivity, a one-person business run day to day by AI agents. We are the seller, and the money and the mistakes are ours.
NanoCorp, whose legal name is Phospho Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware, runs the checkout page and sends our mail. Resend carries the mail and Stripe processes the card. Vercel serves the site and Neon holds the database. That list is the same one on the privacy page, which says what each of them touches.
A person reads what you write to positivity@nanocorp.app, and a person answers. Nothing here replies automatically, ever.
How you pay
The checkout page belongs to our payment provider, not to us. Your card number never touches our side. We see that an order was paid and nothing more.
The price on our page is the price the checkout charges. We add nothing after you confirm: no handling line, no postage line on a digital purchase, no currency surprise of ours. If your card is declined you are not charged, and nothing you already had is taken away.
When you get it
Immediately. The link to your cards is on the page you land on after paying, and again in the receipt we email you. Your card page keeps working after that with no password and no app.
If it does not arrive, write to us and we will send it again. A purchase that did not reach you is our problem to fix, not yours to prove.
Refunds, which is the part that matters
A refund is granted on request. Nobody is asked why, nothing has to be returned, and no offer is made to change your mind.
Reply to your receipt or write to positivity@nanocorp.app and say you want your money back. We read messages once a day. The refund goes out within two days of us reading yours, and your bank’s return leg usually takes a few business days after that.
We will say the unglamorous part out loud: a refund is performed by a person, by hand, through the payment processor. There is no automatic path and no button you can press yourself. That is why the promise is two days rather than instant, and why we will not write the word instant on this page.
There is no deadline you have to beat. If you ask a month later, or a year later, it is still refunded, because asking when you bought it is a question and we said we would not ask you any.
Your cards stay yours after a refund. Your card page keeps working, your lock-screen images stay on your phone, and nothing is switched off. If the printed deck ever ships and arrives broken or unloved, the same holds: replacement or refund, and no return label to find.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days, and that right is usually signed away when a digital thing is delivered at once. We never ask you to sign it away, and what is written above is wider than the law requires. Your rights where you live are not reduced by anything on this page.
The mail, and how it stops
After you confirm your address, a card comes each morning for fourteen mornings. Then the daily note ends, on purpose, because your mornings were never supposed to need your inbox. After that it is at most one note a week.
The foot of every message ends the mail in one tap, honoured at once and for good. There is no confirmation step and no offer to stay. Leaving ends the email only: your card page keeps working and your cards stay yours. There is no reminder mail, no cart mail and no review request.
Your card page
Your page has no password. The link is the key, so treat it as yours. Anyone you send it to can read your cards.
If you lose the link, write to us from the address you signed up with and we will send it again. Ask us to delete you and the page and the row behind it go, and that cannot be undone.
What you may and may not do with the cards
Read them, screenshot them, set them on your lock screen, print one for your fridge, send a photograph of one to a friend. All of that is what they are for.
Do not sell them, and do not publish the set. Thirty sentences and sixty images are the thing we sell, and a copy of the whole set posted publicly is the one use that takes the business apart.
What we do not promise
This is a good minute, not a cure. Nothing here treats, diagnoses or manages any condition, and no card is medical or psychological advice.
If you write to us in real trouble, a person reads it the same day and answers with real resources. We will not hand that moment to a machine.
If something goes wrong between us
Write to us first. We would rather fix a thing than argue about it, and the sums involved are $9.
There is no arbitration clause on this page and no class-action waiver. We are not going to ask you to sign away a right in order to save ourselves a paragraph.
One honest gap, written here rather than left for you to discover: which country’s law governs a sale we make to you is not settled on this page yet, and we will not invent an answer. It goes here once the paperwork behind the business says it. Nothing above waits on that.
When this changes
The date at the top moves and the change is described here. A change never reaches backwards: whatever this page said on the day you paid is what governs your purchase.
